  • Retainers & Payments:
    All projects require an upfront nonrefundable retainer, which secures service time, resources, and partner allocations. Final deliverables and project completion are contingent upon full, timely payment of all agreed invoices.

  • Independent Contractors & Partners:
    Toast & Oats works with a network of independent contractors and strategic partners, but all communication, billing, and project oversight remain centralized through Toast & Oats leadership. Partners do not have direct client contracting authority unless explicitly stated.

  • Intellectual Property Ownership:
    Project deliverables are the intellectual property of Toast & Oats and/or the client, as specified in individual contracts. Unauthorized reuse, redistribution, or public disclosure is prohibited without prior written consent.

  • Cancellation & Termination:
    Either party may cancel an engagement with written notice as defined in the project contract. Refund policies are outlined below; however, once work has commenced, the retainer is nonrefundable.
